Please take a minute to read these recommendations for composing your ad for
posting on EDphysician.com/EDMidLevels.com

Physician job ads will be posted to EDphysician.com. NP and PA job ads will be posted to EDMidLevels.com

Note - please read before posting your ad: The $60.00 per month rate applies only to an ad for jobs in one location (Emergency Department or Urgent Care facility).
Please inquire regarding rates for an ad advertising multiple locations in a single ad or a general ad at info@edphysician.com. We will work with you to post the most effective ad at the best rate.

Maximum word count per ad is 250 words - concise ads work best.

  • One location ads ($60.00 per month rate) need to include some job details about that specific job.
  • Opening Sentence: Type of job being advertised, plus an interesting fact about the job or location to attract the job-seeker's attention.
  • Job Information: Include some important job and work location details, such as annual patient volume, coverage, etc.; salary and benefits; and training/experience requirements. Job-seekers tend to look for this type of info before contacting the recruiter or facility. We recommend a combination of bullets and standard paragraphs.
(Please use the terms "ED", "Emergency Department", "EM", or "Emergency Medicine Physicians", not "Emergency Room" or "ER" in your ad.)
  • Location Information: (Optional) 2 or 3 sentences mentioning the amenities to be found in the area.
  • Contact Information: Only the email address is required, but additional info is suggested

  • You can preview the Job Information section of your ad and also the whole ad and revise as often as you wish. When you are satisfied with the information entered and the appearance, submit the ad for posting. When your ad has been posted you will receive a link to your ad for you to review the ad and approve.
  • Job seekers who visit sites such as EDphysician.com are browsing for a new job and probably will not read long detailed narrative or long lists of bullets.
